You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, sell, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of 786bat.

• The account is being used for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal activity.
• Prohibited conduct as described in Section 7 has been detected or is suspected.
• The account holder is under 18 years of age.
• A request for self-exclusion has been submitted by the account holder.

Upon account closure for a breach of these Terms, any bonus funds and associated winnings may be forfeited.
